Immunity Fuel is not only a probiotic but also a natural multi-vitamin. Immunity Fuel is a food hence you cannot take too much, however you may experience more intense healing responses such as an upset tummy or diarrhoea if you take a lot in one sitting. We recommend taking one or two teaspoons per day however this can be increased depending on your own body's needs and response.

The two formulas have the same strains of live bacteria and beneficial yeasts in them, however the whole food ingredients are different.

Whilst some of the ingredients in the Original formula contain gluten, the wholefoods have been pre-digested by the bacteria through the fermentation process, so approximately 98% of the gluten protein has already been turned into an amino acid. Therefore, anyone who is mildly gluten intolerant or choosing to be gluten free should have no issues with this product. The main thing to remember is that often issues with gluten can be caused through a bacterial deficiency in the gut, which means that there are also other proteins that the body is not processing. Once the balance of good bacteria is restored, the issues with digesting gluten can be reduced.

Our Gluten free formula is guaranteed Gluten Free, so is suitable for those with Coeliac disease or severe gluten intolerances who could have a reaction to the tiny amount of gluten in the original formula.
